On the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus on Friday, June 12, the Bishops of the United States will consecrate the United States to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. This is a very special day for our Parish as the Sacred Heart of Jesus is the patron of our parish. Our committee has begun meeting to plan this event and we have about 55 volunteers involved! Mass that day will be at 5:30. There will be traditional Spanish dancers and drums outside the church before Mass. Following the Mass there will be an outdoor celebration on the school playground including a variety of foods, games, music and more. Please mark your calendars!
In order to make this event free for everyone, we are also seeking monetary donations to cover the expenses. If you are able to donate, please come to the parish office and specify that your donation is for the Consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus celebration. As always, thank you for your generosity and support!
Please see the attached flyer! All are welcome!
